Донгфэн Хаохань

I've owned the Dongfeng Haohan for two months and done the first maintenance. Overall, it's a highly cost-effective hybrid car priced around 110,000 yuan after landing, and I don't see any better options in this price range. The fuel consumption is about 4.6 L/100km on urban expressways and under 5 L/100km in pure urban areas with air conditioning, provided I don't accelerate or decelerate sharply. I use Normal mode with medium regenerative braking; strong regeneration causes uncomfortable jolts. There's noticeable jerking when switching between engine and motor, especially at low speeds, when the engine kicks in at 60 km/h, or when the engine starts to power the air conditioner while stationary—it's loud enough to wake someone. The suspension is stiff, making rides bumpy over speed bumps and rough roads, but acceptable for the price. The interior is good with soft materials and nice stitching. I had a "clunk" sound when turning the steering wheel fully left or right, which disappeared after the dealer tightened some screws. I also feel the steering wheel might be misaligned, though the dealer says it's fine. Minor issues include the navigation getting stuck "starting" (fixed by switching camera modes) and the windshield wipers stopping on the highest setting (use the second-highest instead). Despite these small flaws, it's a great value for money hybrid.

I previously drove a manual domestic car with around 120 horsepower, which can't compare to the Dongfeng Haohan—it has plenty of power. I'm very satisfied with the power; stepping on the gas lightly makes the speed rise quickly. For fuel consumption, I've had the car for a week, drove 60 km round trip on the highway once, and it showed 6 L/100km. Since it's a new car, it should decrease further. I'm satisfied with the space. I haven't finished a full tank yet, so I'm not sure about the range.

I've been关注 Dongfeng Haohan for half a year. Its performance is excellent with quick acceleration and strong power, no issues found yet. The green color isn't very dirt-resistant. As a first car for young people, it's great. Currently, at 2000 km, the average fuel consumption is 7.1. On highways, the L2 assist pilot mode is very省心, especially for a 600+ km one-way trip, saving much energy. The fatigue driving detection is life-saving. Wind noise is low, it's stable even at 160 on highways. The sound system is good, loud enough to keep me awake when driving alone. The front electric seats are praiseworthy.
